Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Plumber to join our Empty Homes team on a permanent basis.
We’ll provide you with a company van, fuel card, tools and any PPE you’ll need for the role.

About You
Experience as a Plumber and you’ll have NVQ level 3 in Plumbing. Skilled in general semi-skilled works and eager to assist in various trades. Must possess a valid UK driving licence. Comfortable using digital devices or be willing to learn. We use mobile and hand-held devices to allocate jobs and for you to record your completion of work. A commitment to safe working practices and a good grasp of health and safety regulations. We’d particularly be interested in hearing from female applicants.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out plumbing repairs and improvements, taking pride in doing the job right first time, and helping us get homes ready quickly for new customers. Ensure our homes meet the highest standards for our customers. We’ll provide you with a company van, fuel card, tools and any PPE you’ll need for the role. Jobs are planned for you by our Work Planners so you can concentrate on carrying out repairs to a high standard, ensuring ‘right first time’ wherever possible. Work primarily in the Tees Valley area (Hartlepool, Stockton, Middlesbrough), with occasional travel beyond. You’ll have a fixed shift pattern of 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Wednesday. Contribute to our ‘TradePlus’ scheme, acquiring diverse skills to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
