About the Role
A Plumber is required to work for a local council. This position primarily involves carrying out maintenance works on domestic properties while contributing to plumbing services.
The ideal candidate will also be able to perform basic multi-trade works, including:
- Tiling
- Patch plastering
- Carpentry

- Conduct maintenance and repairs on domestic properties.

Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (must be in possession).
- Previous experience in social housing or domestic plumbing.
- Proven experience using a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) system for job management.
