Plumber
Current vacancy for a Plumber to join the estates department at a higher education establishment in Shropshire.
This position is available on a full time basis and participation in the on call rota is essential.
The duties will include both reactive and planned maintenance works across a varied estate and jobs will range from day to day maintenance to PPM.

You must have relevant experience of working on a variety of properties, use of power tools, hand tools and have good IT skills and ideally experience of using a PDA system.
You will be responsible for maintenance of various mechanical systems including water systems, HVAC, AHU and commercial plumbing.
