Plumber – Remedial Works – Bexley, London

Rate DOE | Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:00 | 5 Week Contract | Start Monday
We're supporting our client with a plumber for remedial and compliance works across council buildings in the Bexley area.
The Role
- Lockshield valve replacement/servicing
- TMV (Thermostatic Mixing Valve) checks, servicing and replacement
- Access hatch installation/repair
- General remedial plumbing works across a range of council sites

Likely additional works on site (to be confirmed with client):
- Isolation valve replacement
- Pipe lagging and insulation
- Water tank inspections and associated remedial work
- Expansion vessel and pressure relief valve checks
- Tap and cistern repairs
- Urinal flush control servicing
- General water hygiene/Legionella-related remedial tasks
Sites include: council buildings, libraries, and park buildings etc.

Requirements
- Valid JIB card (essential)
- Own tools
- Own transport (essential — sites are spread across the borough)
- Previous experience in commercial/council remedial works preferred
Details
- Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:00
- 5-week contract (potential to extend)
- Free parking on site
- Rate negotiable, dependent on experience
