About the Role

As an NTU Plumber, you will join the in-house Estates team, where you support the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the university estate.

This varied and diverse role involves conducting day-to-day duties such as:

  • Undertaking fault finding, routine, and emergency maintenance tasks and repairs for plumbing, heating, ventilation, and domestic services across all university buildings.
  • Installing and maintaining plumbing, heating, ventilation, and domestic services.
  • Supporting minor works projects and efficiently executing high-quality repairs.
  • Conducting statutory inspections.
  • Assisting with the setup and delivery of key university events, including open days, graduation ceremonies, and clearing.
