About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for working on plumbing contracts within a range of properties owned and managed by ng homes, delivering all projects and commercial contracts on time and within pre-set budgets. The successful candidate will provide a high quality plumbing service to support maintenance projects for ng2 Ltd on behalf of ng homes.

Key Responsibilities
- Working on plumbing contracts within a range of properties
- Delivering all projects and commercial contracts on time and within budgets
- Providing a high quality plumbing service to support maintenance projects
Qualifications and Experience
- Ability to prioritise a varied workload
- Experience in general property maintenance and construction
- Full, current UK driving licence
- Recognised appropriate trades papers and qualifications
