Plumber
Responsive Repairs
At Abri, we believe a safe, well‑maintained home makes a real difference to people’s lives. That’s why we’re looking for a skilled Plumber to join our Responsive Repairs team - someone who takes pride in their work and cares about delivering a great experience for our customers.
In this role, you’ll be out in our communities every day, helping customers when they need it most - whether that’s fixing a leak, repairing a toilet, sorting out taps, or fitting new baths and pipework. No two days are the same, but every job is an opportunity to make someone’s home safer, warmer, and working as it should.
Working around the Salisbury, Amesbury, Basingstoke, Southampton, Romsey, Andover and Eastleigh area. You’ll work efficiently and safely, aiming to get things right first time wherever possible, while keeping customers informed and reassured along the way. It’s not just about the quality of the repair - it’s about the whole experience you create.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
