Salary: £23.00 - £24.00 per hour
We are seeking an experienced Plumber Multi Trade to join a growing housing contractor covering Harrow, Stanmore, Edgware, and Northolt. This role involves working within occupied and void social housing properties, carrying out high-quality plastering alongside a range of general maintenance tasks.

- Carrying out reactive and planned plumbing maintenance in occupied and vacant properties, including installing and repairing baths, sinks, toilets, showers, taps, and pipework.
- Undertaking minor multi-trade tasks such as basic carpentry, plaster patching, and wall or floor tiling to complete repair works to a high standard.
- Responding to emergency plumbing situations such as leaks, blocked waste systems, or loss of water supply, ensuring prompt and safe resolutions.
- Communicating professionally with tenants, ensuring minimal disruption during works.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Using a PDA to manage daily tasks, updates, and job completions.
- Operating and maintaining tools and equipment responsibly.
- Participating in a rotational on-call rota to support emergency repairs outside normal working hours.

Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (essential)
- Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or IATP
- Basic DBS Check
