Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Plumber / Service Engineer / Heat Pump Installer. The role involves installing, commissioning, and maintaining air and ground source heat pumps, energy-efficient boilers, and associated heating systems. Daily tasks include:

- Diagnosing and repairing plumbing and heating issues
- Carrying out scheduled maintenance
- Ensuring systems meet safety and performance standards
- Completing accurate service reports
- Collaborating with colleagues and suppliers
- Providing clear advice to clients on system use and energy efficiency

The role involves customer visits, remote coordination of jobs, and adherence to company procedures and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong plumbing skills, including installation and maintenance of domestic and commercial systems
- Experience working with pipes, fittings, and related infrastructure in heating and plumbing environments
- Proficiency in maintenance and repair tasks, including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- Demonstrated customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
- Previous experience installing or servicing heat pumps, boilers, or renewable heating systems is highly desirable
- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in plumbing, heating, or mechanical engineering
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage schedules remotely, and maintain accurate documentation
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites as required
