Primacy Building Services is looking for a part-time Plumber/Handyman to support our team across prime and super-prime residential properties. This role is ideal for someone who wants flexible hours while working to a high professional standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Plumbing works — diagnostics, repairs, pipework alterations, sanitaryware installation, leak investigations
- General handyman tasks — minor carpentry, fixture repairs, sealant works, small maintenance tasks
- Client-facing service — professional communication, tidy working practices, respectful conduct in high-end homes
- Site reporting — clear job notes, material lists, and photographic documentation
- Supporting senior engineers on scheduled works when required

Requirements
- NVQ Level 2+ in Plumbing or equivalent experience
- Strong all-round maintenance skills
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and maintain high standards

Hours & Pay
- Part-time: 2–3 days per week (flexible scheduling)
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience
