Primacy Building Services is looking for a part-time Plumber/Handyman to support our team across prime and super-prime residential properties. This role is ideal for someone who wants flexible hours while working to a high professional standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plumbing works — diagnostics, repairs, pipework alterations, sanitaryware installation, leak investigations
  • General handyman tasks — minor carpentry, fixture repairs, sealant works, small maintenance tasks
  • Client-facing service — professional communication, tidy working practices, respectful conduct in high-end homes
  • Site reporting — clear job notes, material lists, and photographic documentation
  • Supporting senior engineers on scheduled works when required

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2+ in Plumbing or equivalent experience
  • Strong all-round maintenance skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high standards

Hours & Pay
