—No previous heat pump experience required!

You’ll work under an experienced, qualified heat pump installer, ensuring safefty and efficiency during installations.


✨ What You’ll Be Doing

  • Help families lower costs and reduce their carbon footprint by installing Aira’s latest heat pumps, cylinders, and radiators as part of a high-performing team.
  • Collaborate with technicians and designers to ensure only the most efficient, reliable systems are fitted.
  • Receive fully surveyed jobs with schematic diagrams provided for every installation.
  • Train at Aira Academy to excel as a Plumbing & Heating Engineer, with progression paths toward becoming a Heat Pump Installer.
  • Join a Europe-wide team and become part of the UK’s fastest-growing heat pump installer.

🔧 What We’d Like You to Have

Training will cover all Air Source Heat Pump installation skills at Aira Academy nationwide, but you should have: ✔ NVQ Level 2 plumbing (equivalent recognised) ✔ Experience installing radiators, cylinders, and pipework

  • NVQ Level 3 plumbing (or equivalent)
  • WRAS Qualifications (water regulations)
  • Part G experience (unvented hot water systems)
  • Gas qualifications
