Job Title: Experienced Plumbing and Heating Engineer
Salary: £41,000 plus bonus and overtime
Job Location: Newcastle, North Tyneside, and South Tyneside (working in and around these areas)
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbing and Heating Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive "hands-on" experience within the plumbing and heating sector, with a strong emphasis on domestic and boiler repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct repairs, installations, and maintenance of plumbing and heating systems
- Provide excellent quality service to customers
- Work independently and as part of a team when required
- Meet set targets and adhere to deadlines
- Perform tasks within the defined working hours (8:00am–4:30pm Mon–Thu; 4:00pm Fri)

Essential Requirements
- Time-served status OR NVQ3 with extensive prior industry experience
- Gas Safe certification
- Ability to ** diagnos and repair boilers** and plumbing systems
- Strong focus on customer service excellence
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively
- Competency in Health and Safety Legislation
- Must hold a valid full UK driver’s licence
- Willingness to travel and work in and around Newcastle, North and South Tyneside
