Plumber – Water Softener Installer (UK) | Harvey Water Softeners
About the Role Harvey Water Softeners — the UK’s number one water softener company — assembles, sells, installs, and services water softeners for home use. We are actively expanding our team of installers and are seeking motivated plumbers who thrive on hands-on work, enjoy delivering world-class customer service, and are eager to grow within a dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will include:
- Installing water softeners in customers’ homes, ensuring professional quality and function

- Maintaining and troubleshooting existing installations as part of our aftercare service
- Adhering to Ongoing safety, technical, and compliance procedures
- Demonstrating excellent customer service—consistently delivering a positive experience from quote to completion
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a fully qualified domestic plumber (or have equivalent time-served trade experience)
- Hold a full UK driving licence (requiring visits to customer properties)
- Showcase technical proficiency in plumbing installations
- Possess strong customer service skills—ability to build trust and confidence with clients
- Be probleem-solving 최소 and tech-savvy inland a relatively new field (though industry-specific training provided)
- Commit to flexible working hours, including weekends when needed

- All tools, uniform, a company van, plus a phone and iPad for on-site use
