Plumbing and Maintenance - Installer

Plumber – Water Softener Installer (UK) | Harvey Water Softeners

About the Role Harvey Water Softeners — the UK’s number one water softener company — assembles, sells, installs, and services water softeners for home use. We are actively expanding our team of installers and are seeking motivated plumbers who thrive on hands-on work, enjoy delivering world-class customer service, and are eager to grow within a dynamic industry.

This role offers a career opportunity where you’ll take pride in fitting bespoke systems in enthusiastic homeowners’ homes—helping them solve their water quality challenges—and contributing to Harvey’s mission of making water treatments accessible and hassle-free.


Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Installing water softeners in customers’ homes, ensuring professional quality and function

  • Maintaining and troubleshooting existing installations as part of our aftercare service
  • Adhering to Ongoing safety, technical, and compliance procedures
  • Demonstrating excellent customer service—consistently delivering a positive experience from quote to completion

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be a fully qualified domestic plumber (or have equivalent time-served trade experience)
  • Hold a full UK driving licence (requiring visits to customer properties)
  • Showcase technical proficiency in plumbing installations
  • Possess strong customer service skills—ability to build trust and confidence with clients
  • Be probleem-solving 최소 and tech-savvy inland a relatively new field (though industry-specific training provided)
  • Commit to flexible working hours, including weekends when needed
