Culligan Harvey Water Softeners are looking for a Service Engineer to join our growing team. Everyone at Culligan Harvey’s is responsible for delivering an amazing customer experience and living the company’s values, dare to care, do the right thing, keep it simple, yes I can and make it fun. You will be supporting the business by attending service calls in customer homes and dealer premises. You will perform field based assessments and convey any technical concerns back to the service manager. · Are you a qualified or time served domestic plumber? · Do you have excellent customer service skills? · Are you technically minded, looking for a new challenging role? If so, this could be the role for you! As the Service Engineer, you will be providing the best service to the customer onsite while successfully fixing water softeners. We don’t expect you to know about water softeners as we have an intensive training programme in our own academy where you will be trained up by our experts to give you all the knowledge you need. If you are hardworking, love working with people and want to deliver outstanding customer service, we would love you to join our team. We can offer career progression in a family culture, with your own tools and van provided. The ideal candidate will be qualified to NVQ Level 2 in plumbing and heating, have previous plumbing knowledge, along with experience of replacing white goods. You will be self-motivated, have strong attention to detail and will be technically minded. You will have excellent communication and Interpersonal skills, and will have an adaptable approach to work, with the ability to wok both solo or as part of a team.
