You’ll support our business by performing onsite service calls in homes and dealer premises, conducting technical assessments, and liaising with our Service Manager.

The Role: Service Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver premium customer service while troubleshooting and resolving water softener issues onsite
- Receive comprehensive training in our academy from industry experts – no pre-existing knowledge required
- Embrace a customer-focused, diverse, and dynamic work environment
Qualifications & Traits (Essential):
- NVQ Level 2 (Plumbing & Heating) or equivalent trade experience
- Background in plumbing repairs and white goods replacement
- Self-motivated with keen attention to detail – adaptable if working independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills in a high-performing culture
