Hours: Full Time (Monday – Friday 8am to 16:30pm)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Location: On sites in Maidstone, Kent and surrounding areas.

Clarendon Homes are seeking a reliable, and motivated individual to assist qualified plumbers on new build residential developments throughout Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the plumbing and construction industry while working as part of a professional team.
The successful candidate will support plumbers with the installation of plumbing systems, site preparation, material handling, and general labouring duties to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, dependable, and eager to build a career within the plumbing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting plumbers with first-fix and second-fix installations.
- Carrying and organising plumbing materials, tools, and equipment.
- Preparing work areas and maintaining a clean and safe site environment.
- Supporting pipework installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Loading and unloading deliveries.
- Assisting with the installation of sanitary ware, radiators, and associated plumbing systems.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times.
- Working effectively alongside site managers, tradespeople, and subcontractors.
- Undertaking general labouring duties as required.

Skills/Experience Required:
- Must have own transport and a full UK driving licence due to travel between sites across Kent.
- Hardworking, reliable, and punctual.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to arrive on site for early starts when required.
- Right to work in the UK.

Desirable Experience (but not essential)
- Previous experience in plumbing, construction, or general labouring.
