Plumbing Foreman

CCG is one of Scotland’s largest construction and manufacturing groups, and our specialist Asset Management, which is responsible for all new build plumbing requirements and the planned maintenance of occupied homes, is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to support projects across the Central Belt.

SALARY: DOE

HOURS: Full time, Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.30pm, Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm; with additional hours worked as per project demands

LOCATION: Various projects across central Scotland

STATUS: Permanent

The Role

  • Coordination of labour and material control to assist the Project Team in ensuring an efficient method of build, to the required build quality and programme
  • Scheduling work to be carried out to ensure production targets are achieved, and a high quality of product is maintained
  • Ensuring work methods are performed correctly
  • Completing relevant documentation on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Ensuring CCG’s Group Health, Safety & Environmental Policy is being adhered to and encouraging safe working practices on site
  • Based on the size of the project, carry out plumbing installations as required
