Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Plumbing and Heating Sales Advisor, located in Stonehaven. The successful candidate will be responsible for inside sales, generating quotes, lead generation, closing the sale, and providing excellent customer service. The P&H Sales Advisor will work collaboratively with the wider sales and operational teams to ensure that our customers have a seamless experience.

Qualifications
- Strong Plumbing & Heating product knowledge.
- Inside sales and lead generation skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong experience in handling a high volume of calls daily.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers at the trade counter as required.
- Generate and qualify leads to drive sales growth and meet targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Work well with the wider sales team members to develop sales strategies and improve communication.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions for future reference.
