Lecturer & Programme Lead – Plumbing x2
Location: North East England
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week)
Salary: £31,375 - £40,912 per annum
The Opportunity
TR2 Recruitment is working with a leading Further Education provider to recruit two Lecturer & Programme Lead – Plumbing positions.
This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Plumbing Lecturer or a qualified plumber looking to take the first step into teaching. If you're passionate about developing the next generation of skilled tradespeople, full teacher training and support can be provided.

The Role
You will deliver high-quality Plumbing programmes to learners, helping them develop the practical skills and theoretical knowledge required to succeed within the industry. You'll create engaging lessons, assess learner progress, provide pastoral support, and contribute to the continued development of the curriculum.

Requirements
- Level 3 Plumbing qualification (minimum)
- Level 2 Maths and English
- A minimum of 3 years' hands-on plumbing industry experience
- A passion for supporting and developing learners
- Teaching qualification is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
