The role – what you’ll be doing
As a Fulfilment Twilight Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in bringing our new site to life. With the support of the Shift and Operations Manager, you’ll lead a team of Warehouse Operatives, driving performance, quality and engagement during our twilight operation. You’ll ensure smooth day‑to‑day running in your zone, delivering high standards of service, safety and productivity while building a positive, high‑performing team culture from the ground up.

Responsibilities
- Supervise Warehouse Operatives and oversee operations in your zone, ensuring throughput, productivity and CPU targets are achieved.
- Ensure workstations, equipment and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
- Train, coach and develop colleagues on picking, packing and stock control processes.
- Manage client SLAs, aged orders and performance reports, providing regular updates to management.
- Monitor and drive KPIs on an hourly, daily and weekly basis to deliver strong operational results.
- Promote a safe, compliant and high‑performance culture, leading by example on every shift.

- Strong communication skills – confident engaging and motivating teams at all levels.
- Leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- A solid understanding of KPIs and the ability to use data to influence performance.
- Good Maths and English skills, both written and verbal, with strong PC literacy.
- Ability to work on your own initiative in a fast‑paced, pressurised operation.
- A people‑focused approach, with a passion for coaching, development and continuous improvement.
