What you’ll be doing
As a Logistics Operations Supervisor on our PM shift, you’ll lead a team of Warehouse Operatives to deliver outstanding operational performance, safety, and service standards. Working closely with the Process Manager, you’ll oversee daily throughput, productivity, parcel presentation, and KPI delivery while creating a positive, high-performing team culture. From coaching and supporting colleagues to ensuring compliance and operational excellence, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our hub running efficiently and successfully every night.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Warehouse Operatives and oversee operational performance within your allocated zone
- Drive productivity, throughput, and KPI delivery against operational targets
- Support quality control, parcel presentation, scanning compliance, and reduction of damages/mis-sorts
- Lead, motivate, and coach team members through regular 1-2-1s and performance reviews
- Ensure Health & Safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are maintained at all times
- Support the Process Manager and step into leadership responsibilities when required

- Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Good understanding of operational KPIs and performance drivers
- Confident communicator with strong Maths, English, and PC skills
- Ability to work under pressure, use initiative, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
