PMO Analyst - Contract Location: Crewe (Hybrid) Duration: Initial 3-month contract with strong potential to extend

I'm working with a well-established organisation that's looking to bring in a PMO Analyst to support a busy IT & Transformation function during a period of significant change.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business delivering a major transformation programme alongside a portfolio of technology and business change initiatives. You'll work closely with both the Programme Director and CTO, providing essential PMO support across multiple workstreams and helping to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

The Role As the PMO Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting programme governance, reporting and project controls while working across both strategic transformation initiatives and BAU change activity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the delivery of business change and technology projects.
  • Maintaining PMO governance, controls and project documentation.
  • Producing project reports, dashboards and management information for senior stakeholders.
  • Managing RAID logs, ensuring risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies are accurately tracked and escalated.
  • Monitoring project plans, milestones and deliverables, identifying potential delivery risks and supporting mitigation activities.
  • Coordinating steering groups, governance meetings and project forums, ensuring actions are followed through to completion.
  • Supporting financial tracking, forecasting and resource planning activities.
  • Working closely with project teams, business stakeholders and IT leadership to support successful delivery.
  • Driving consistency in project governance and PMO best practice across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
