About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive PMO Governance Support Analyst to join our Finance Transformation Programme. In this role, you will help uphold governance frameworks, support programme delivery standards, and ensure consistent reporting and controls across a complex transformation environment.
You will work closely with programme leadership, project managers, and key stakeholders to maintain governance processes, coordinate programme activities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support programme governance and decision-management activities
- Coordinate governance meetings, including agenda preparation, facilitation support, and communications
- Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, and programme documentation
- Manage and configure programme documentation repositories (e.g. Google Drive or equivalent)
- Assist with assurance and compliance activities against the programme governance model
- Maintain PMO processes, templates, and reporting standards
- Build strong relationships with programme teams and stakeholders
- Produce governance reports and draft Level 2 reporting outputs
- Support lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of PMO tools, processes, and techniques

Requirements
- Working knowledge of PRINCE2, MSP, and Agile methodologies
- Experience designing or maintaining PMO tooling and reporting solutions
- Previous experience working within complex transformation or change programmes
- ERP implementation or finance transformation experience preferred
