PMO Analyst
Job Location: London SJS or Sunbury (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Contract Length: 6 Months
Industry: Oil and Energy

Job Summary
The Castrol separation programme operates through a dedicated Separation Management Office (PMO) supporting multiple workstreams across a complex global transformation. The Castrol Separation PMO Analyst will provide administrative, reporting, and coordination support to the programme team, ensuring accurate programme information, high-quality leadership materials, and effective governance processes. The role will be responsible for developing presentations, maintaining reporting artefacts, coordinating inputs from workstreams, and supporting the smooth operation of PMO activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing executive-ready materials and enabling effective communication across the programme.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day administration of the Separation PMO.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and governance forums, including scheduling, agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
- Support onboarding and administrative activities for programme team members.
- Maintain programme documentation across SharePoint.
- Maintain programme reporting across various program tools.
- Track actions, decisions, and deliverables to ensure timely follow-up.
- Assist with monitoring key milestones and highlighting reporting exceptions.
- Collect and consolidate updates from key program stakeholders.
- Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations for leadership, governance, and stakeholder meetings.
- Develop executive summaries and briefing materials.
- Support the production of workshop packs, meeting materials, and programme communications assets.

Job Qualifications:
Essential
- Experience in a PMO Analyst, Project Analyst, Project Coordinator, or administrative support role.
- Strong PowerPoint skills with demonstrated ability to create executive-level presentations, transforming complex information into clear, visually effective, and audience-appropriate materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating meetings, managing actions, and maintaining project documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong formatting, document management, and information management skills.

Desirable
- Experience supporting a transformation, separation, M&A, or large-scale change programme.
- Familiarity with PMO governance and reporting processes.
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Planner, JIRA, or SharePoint.
- Experience preparing materials for senior leadership and governance forums.
- Knowledge of corporate programme environments and project controls.
