About the Role
Reporting to the PMO Manager, this role is a proactive project management support analyst embedded within our PMO Team, tasked with governing and tracking the delivery of a diverse change portfolio—ranging from large-scale programmes to smaller product enhancements.
This is a role for ambitious professionals seeking to evolve into a senior management position. You’ll contribute to:
- Enforcing and shaping our evolving Change Delivery Framework, securing high-value, insightful deliverables for stakeholders.
- Supporting Infrastructure Transformation projects, including AI-driven strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of key PMO services, ensuring tactful delivery of 1+ core functions in parallel, consistently meeting standards of excellence.
- Execute & manage PMO processes (e.g., governance, compliance, risk) so they are dependable for the success of programmes and projects.
- Collaborate across Change, Group Technology, and Business Functions to continuously refine our methodology.
- Regularly refresh libraries (tools, knowledge, artefacts) to align with contemporary strategic demand.
