About the role

Provide day-to-day PMO support for Global Business Services (GBS) Supply Chain transitions by maintaining trackers, supporting reporting, and ensuring accurate data and documentation. The role operates under guidance of the PMO and Transition Leads, ensuring activities are executed in line with the GBS Migration Methodology.

Your responsibilities

  • Data Tracking & Plan Maintenance: Maintain and update transition plans, trackers, and milestone logs as directed by PMO, track progress updates from workstreams (Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Customer Service), ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all reporting tools.
  • Reporting & Dashboard Support: Support preparation of weekly status reports, dashboards, and governance packs, consolidate inputs from multiple stakeholders into a standardized format, validate data before submission to ensure alignment with GBS Migration Methodology requirements.
  • RAID & Action Tracking: Maintain RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) with inputs from teams, track actions, owners, and due dates and follow up for timely updates, escalate gaps or missing updates to PMO for further action.
  • Documentation & Methodology Compliance: Maintain documentation repositories (plans, templates, trackers, meeting outputs), ensure all artifacts are version-controlled and aligned with GBS Migration Methodology templates, support adherence to defined stages, tollgates, and deliverables.
  • Governance & Meeting Support: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and support logistics, capture meeting minutes, decisions, and actions.
  • Stakeholder Coordination Support: Liaise with workstream teams to collect updates and inputs, support communication flow between onshore/offshore teams, ensure timely submission of updates for reporting cycles.

The experience we're looking for

  • 1–3 years experience in PMO support, project coordination, or similar role
  • Exposure to PMO or project environments is preferred
  • Experience with shared services / GBS or transition environments is preferred
  • Basic experience with Supply Chain processes is an advantage

The skills for success

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with tracking/reporting tools
  • Basic understanding of project management principles
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Process-driven with strong adherence to defined methodology
  • Proactive in chasing updates and closing actions
  • Collaborative and responsive in a team environment
  • Basic understanding of Supply Chain Management
