The Position: PMO Analyst
The PMO Analyst will join a specialised PMO function to assist with the review and coordination of design‑related project documentation. The role centres on applying project management discipline to a wide range of artefacts, including supplier bid packages, project management plans, schedules, risk registers, and cost information.

Main Responsibilities
- Review and assess project documentation from a project management standpoint, ensuring consistency, completeness, and alignment with programme expectations.
- Provide structured support to engineers by managing the PM‑related elements of technical documentation.
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy and reliability in all deliverables.
- Work effectively within a multi‑system environment, ensuring information is captured, tracked, and communicated clearly.
- Collaborate with PMO colleagues and engineering teams to maintain coherent project controls and documentation processes.

Preferred Profile
Alongside a commitment to our values of Care & Compassion, Performance, Team Spirit, and Inclusiveness, we are looking for individuals who can bring the following:
- Prior experience in PMO roles, project processes, or project management environments.
- Strong logical reasoning and analytical capability.
- Solid Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables.
- Proven ability to deliver work with precision and attention to detail.
- Experience in civil engineering or site‑based project environments would be beneficial but not required.
- Familiarity with complex document management or multi‑system project setups would be beneficial.
