PMO Coordinator – Work on Technology That Protects What Matters
About the Role

We’re seeking a PMO Coordinator—someone who thrives on solving challenging technical problems and wants their work to have direct operational impact.
What You’ll Do
As a PMO Coordinator, you’ll provide essential support to our Programme Delivery Function in a fast-paced, detail-oriented role.
Your responsibilities include:

Programme Governance
- Coordinate production and consolidation of weekly and monthly status reports, ensuring data accuracy and professional standards.
- Ensure alignment with governance standards.

Resource Coordination
- Support recruitment and onboarding within the programme.
- Drive resource management (e.g., timesheet submissions, utilisation forecasting).

Stakeholder Liaison
- Act as the central coordinator for the programme team.
- Work across multiple workstreams, supporting Project Managers and technical leads as priorities evolve.

RAID Management
- Maintain and update Risk, Issue, Assumption, and Dependency (RAID) logs.
- Review and escalate items as needed.

Quality Control
- Conduct internal audits of project documentation and stage-gate evidence against SiXworks and IBM frameworks.

Meeting Facilitation
- Organize and document key governance meetings.
- Track and close actions assigned during meetings.

Event Coordination
- Support and coordinate customer and internal events.
What We’re Looking For
We value ownership, critical thinking, and collaboration. Ideal candidates will have:
- Proven PMO Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a PMO Coordinator/Analyst role.
- Attention to Detail: Strong track record in data accuracy and spotting inconsistencies before escalation.
- Collaborative Approach: Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams, with a proactive, supportive mindset.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for reporting, PPT for presentations).
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or MS Project is highly advantageous.
- Adaptability: Experience in fast-changing environments where priorities shift quickly.
- People-Centric: Focus on supporting the team to ensure success.
- Clear Communication: Ability to distil complex information into direct and impactful insights.
