PMO Coordinator
Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations: Perth, Glasgow, Reading
Salary: £57,150 - £68,295 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.
Working Pattern: 12 month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | Flexible First options available
The role
You will support the coordination and governance of a large-scale cyber security programme, helping to manage reporting, financial data, and delivery tracking across multiple projects. This role sits at the heart of programme delivery and offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders and complex transformation work.
You will
- Responsible for the coordination of day-to-day activities across the PMO, including programme reporting, preparation of executive-level management and governance packs, support to regulatory submissions, financial control and reporting, and adherence to delivery frameworks, including RAIDs management, action tracking, resource management and financial reporting with follow-ups
- Establish and maintain an appropriate governance framework, including policies, procedures and templates, to ensure effective control and assurance across programme delivery
- Manage submission of consolidated progress reports into governance boards and senior stakeholders, ensuring clear action management, RAIDs reporting and timely follow-ups
- Monitor programme delivery end-to-end, ensuring delivery is on time and within budget, proactively identifying risks, issues and dependencies and ensuring appropriate escalation
- Provide guidance to Delivery Leads and Managers across planning, forecasting, risk and issue management, dependency management and reporting

You have
- Experience supporting delivery in a PMO or project environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence working with data, including good Excel skills and attention to detail
- Clear communication skills and ability to work with different teams
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve how things are done
