CVC DIF, the infrastructure strategy of leading global private markets manager CVC, is the majority shareholder in Low Carbon. Working alongside MassMutual, CVC DIF will enable Low Carbon to significantly expand its installed capacity and drive the next stage of growth as a diversified, leading next-generation IPP. Role Description We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Management Office (PMO) Coordinator to support the delivery of projects within the Low Carbon Technology team. Alongside core PMO coordination responsibilities, you will play a key role in assisting the adoption of AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Co-pilot) across the business. You’ll work closely with technical and non-technical teams to support projects running smoothly while developing skills in agile project delivery, technology and AI. This is an entry level role ideal for an individual who takes a proactive approach to partnering with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to achieve project goals. Key Responsibilities Support teams with day-to-day coordination of project activities Maintain project documentation including RAID logs Assist in maintaining central repositories and project management systems with up to date, accurate information (e.g. SharePoint and Azure DevOps) Provide project administration assistance for technical and non-technical teams as well as the PMO team Assist with tracking project performance and support reporting on key objectives Escalate overdue actions or unresolved issues through appropriate channels Ensure consistency in project documentation and PMO standards Use process mapping tools such as Figma to contribute to project documentation and requirements analysis Use AI throughout Project lifecycles to automate manual and repetitive tasks Champion the rollout of AI tools within the PMO, Technology team and wider business Feed AI adoption insights into continuous improvement initiatives within the Low Carbon Technology team Person Specification Strong interest in AI, Technology and Project Management Approachable and professional manner Clear communicator who builds trusted relationships with people at all levels Well-organised, with strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and delivery Motivated, reliable, adaptable and comfortable using initiative in changing environments Willing to work across multiple tools, systems, projects and emerging technologies Proactive, enthusiastic and collaborative Skills & Experience Degree qualified or equivalent in a relevant field Demonstrable usage and experience with AI Tools either professionally or during studies Exposure to working within technology teams, project delivery, coordination or administration (for example in internships etc.) is helpful but not essential Our Compensation & Benefits 26 days holiday plus your birthday off (with option to buy a further 5 days) Discretionary Bonus Bupa Health Check & Private Healthcare for you and your family (medical history disregarded) Contributory Pension Cycle scheme Season Ticket Loan Pluxee for commercial discounts and perks 3 additional days for volunteering to support causes of your choice Annual credit towards short notice childcare, eldercare and pet care via ‘Bubble’ We’re committed to building an inclusive team and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences.
