PMO Data Analyst
At Nexperia, data is at the heart of how we successfully develop, manufacture, and launch innovative semiconductor technologies. We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Project Management Office and play a critical role in transforming project and portfolio data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making and project success. What you will do
As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with project, programme, and business stakeholders to provide actionable insights through data analysis, reporting, and automation. You will become a key contributor to PMO excellence, helping drive project performance, process improvements, and informed decision-making across the organisation. Ultimately, you will support on the delivery of successful projects.
You will:
- Consolidate and analyse data from multiple sources to produce meaningful management insights
- Design, build, and automate dashboards that track key performance indicators
- Monitor project and portfolio health, providing visibility of milestones, deliverables, and progress
- Identify emerging risks, trends, and bottlenecks, presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support budgeting, resource planning, and financial reporting through data analysis
- Establish and monitor project and programme performance indicators
- Research and analyse business data to generate actionable recommendations
- Drive automation and data standardisation initiatives across PMO processes
What our Data Analyst will need
Essential
- Experience of automating reporting and data management processes
- A proactive problem-solving mindset and an understanding of where you can add value to projects at different stages
- Experience within a Project Management, PMO, Project Support, Programme Support, or Project Management Office environment
- Strong data analysis and data interpretation skills

Beneficial
- A background in the electronics industry
- Experience with Power BI, Power Query, APIs, Python, or similar analytical tools and technologies
- Knowledge of monday.com or similar project management platforms
- Experience supporting portfolio, programme, or governance activities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related discipline
