£150-£200 per day including holiday pay | PMO Coordinator | Hull | Hybrid: 1 day per week in the office

Are you an experienced PMO Coordinator who can bring structure and control to a complex programme? Can you manage several connected workstreams, maintain accurate plans and keep stakeholders accountable for delivery? Are you confident working across procurement, packaging, artwork, R&D and regulatory teams?

The opportunity

This is a 12-month contingent assignment supporting a large and business-critical regulatory programme, with the potential to continue beyond the initial contract.

You will join a fast-moving, complex and highly visible programme focused on new packaging regulations across the EU and UK.

The technical and regulatory specialists will define what needs to be delivered. Your role will be to turn those requirements into clear plans, maintain control of actions and deadlines, and ensure each workstream continues to move forward.

This is not a senior programme leadership or consultancy assignment. It is best suited to an experienced PMO Coordinator, Project Coordinator or developing Project Manager who has already supported complex, cross-functional programmes and is ready to take greater ownership.

What you will be doing

You will support approximately five or six connected workstreams, maintaining clear visibility of actions, milestones, risks and dependencies.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and maintaining programme plans, timelines and trackers
  • Managing actions, risks, issues, dependencies and escalation points
  • Coordinating activity across procurement, packaging, artwork, R&D and administration teams
  • Following up with stakeholders to ensure actions are completed on time
  • Tracking supplier documentation, test reports, certificates and compliance information
  • Supporting the remediation of existing product and supplier documentation
  • Monitoring purchase orders, compliance certificates and document uploads
  • Supporting the implementation of new labelling and packaging requirements
  • Preparing clear progress updates for senior stakeholders
  • Identifying delays or gaps and escalating them promptly
  • Supporting the handover from the current part-time resource and taking day-to-day ownership of programme coordination

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
