PMO Lead

Location: London, Hybrid Working
Contract: Fixed Term - 12 months

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced PMO Lead to join a major enterprise transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive PMO professional who enjoys bringing structure, governance, and financial oversight to complex change initiatives.

Working closely with the Programme Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of a large-scale business transformation by driving programme governance, reporting, risk management, financial control, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish, maintain, and continuously improve programme governance frameworks.
  • Coordinate governance meetings, steering committees, and programme forums, producing high-quality meeting packs and documentation.
  • Consolidate project updates into clear, accurate reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Own and manage the programme RAID log, ensuring risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies are actively tracked and mitigated.
  • Facilitate regular reviews with project and workstream leads, escalating critical issues where appropriate.
  • Track programme budgets, forecasts, expenditure, and financial performance, highlighting any variances.
  • Manage purchase orders, invoice processing, and financial reconciliations in collaboration with finance teams.
  • Support programme planning, milestone tracking, resource management, and delivery reporting.
  • Conduct regular PMO health checks to ensure governance standards, documentation, and project controls are consistently maintained.
  • Support internal and external audit activities by ensuring project documentation is accurate and readily available.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
