We're looking for a Change Framework PMO Manager to help shape, embed, and continuously improve our Change Framework. Working within the Change Framework & Methods team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our policy, standards, governance, and methodologies enable effective change delivery across the organisation. You'll combine framework expertise, stakeholder engagement, and a continuous improvement mindset to contribute to the creation of a pragmatic framework that balances consistency and assurance with the flexibility needed to support evolving delivery models.

About the Role

  • Drive framework adoption through stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and support.
  • Continuously improve framework processes, documentation, and ways of working based on feedback and emerging needs.
  • Develop and maintain the change assurance framework that provides confidence in the quality and effectiveness of change delivery.
  • Partner with PMO, Change, Technology, and business stakeholders to support both traditional and agile delivery approaches.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, balancing governance and control with pragmatism and flexibility.
  • Produce and maintain framework documentation, templates, standards, and reporting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
