iCoTech is a Microsoft Partner based in Cardiff. We build Project & Portfolio Management solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Planner, helping public-sector clients such as IPO and Wales & West to close the productivity gap, improve insight, and mature their PMOs.

About the Role
This is a full-time, fixed-term position providing maternity leave cover for 12 months.
We’re looking for a detail-orientated PMO Officer to join our Delivery Squad. This role is critical in ensuring robust planning, scheduling, and reporting across our portfolio of customer engagements. You’ll work closely with the Practice Manager and the Consultants to develop and maintain integrated plans that drive on-time, on-budget delivery. You will also own the Tooling, the Methodologies, and the application of Governance across the Portfolio. Working to support the Practice in the delivery of our Services.

Key Responsibilities
- To support Consultants & the Practice Manager on a daily basis.
- To improve Portfolio visibility, delivery confidence, financial control, and forward planning.
- To help ensure our internal systems are built to the suitable standards.
- To build and manage the Portfolio Reporting tools. (Power BI).
- To build the tools that allow the Finances to be tracked, managed, monitored, and reported on.
- To ensure the application of our Governance Standards are applied.
- To support the Consultants & Practice Manager when Change Control is required.
- To manage and maintain the Resource Plans using MS Project and Project Online.
- To manage the weekly timesheet process.
- To manage the monthly invoicing and month-end process.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Must have proven experience in a PMO role, or similar.
- Must have strong knowledge of project delivery within a Consulting environment.
- Must have exceptional Excel, Financial Tracking, Forecasting, and Reporting experience.
- Must have experience of using MS Project and SharePoint.

Desirable Skills & Experience
- Should have experience of using Project Online, Power BI, and Power Apps.
- Should have the ability to present to a customer, and have experience of a revenue-generating Project environment.
- Should have experience in tech, SaaS, or professional services industries.
- Should have the knowledge of risk management and change control processes.
- This role will suit someone who thrives in an SME environment rather than a highly structured corporate organization.
