Job : Programme / Project Manager - Strategic Delivery PMO Type : Hybrid ( 2 days in office 3 remote ) Type : 12 month FTC Start : ASAP Salary : Up to £ 50,000 depending on experience
We’re partnering with a purpose-led organisation to hire a Programme Manager to lead strategic delivery initiatives and establish a robust PMO function. This is a high-impact role, sitting close to senior leadership, with responsibility for driving cross-functional programmes and improving organisational delivery capability
The Role Lead planning, delivery, tracking and reporting across a portfolio of strategic programme Own and maintain organisation-wide project roadmaps, dependencies and risks Provide financial oversight, budget tracking and strategic reporting to senior stakeholders Strenghten governance, reporting frameworks and delivery discipline Support the setup and development of a PMO function, tools and processes Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment, delivery and stakeholder engagement
