SAP Unify Rollout Lead – Grid Technologies (Siemens Energy)

Join us in driving digital transformation! As the SAP Unify Rollout Lead for Grid Technologies, you will take charge of implementing SAP S/4HANA across our global business.

How You’ll Make An Impact

You will lead the full lifecycle of the Unify rollout for Grid Technologies, ensuring adherence to:

  • Global templates
  • Timelines
  • Budgets

You will:

  • Define the rollout strategy, governance structure, and communication plans
  • Oversee resource allocation and financial management
  • Act as the ambassador for the Unify programme, building strong relationships with global and regional stakeholders
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies, escalating critical issues to programme leadership
  • Oversee training and change management, promoting adoption of new processes and tools

What You Bring

You hold a degree in:

  • Business Administration
  • Information Technology
  • Engineering, or a related field

You have:

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale ERP or SAP transformation programmes, with deep knowledge of:
    • SAP S/4HANA
    • Global template rollouts
  • Familiarity with SAP modules relevant to Grid Technologies, including:
    • Procurement
    • Logistics
    • Finance
  • Understanding of IT testing cycles, data migration, and integration processes
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and influencing abilities
  • Resilience under pressure and adaptability in complex environments
