About the Role

We are seeking a recent graduate/early professional to join as a PMO – Sales Operations & Analytics Associate on a 6-month full-time contract, with the potential for extension.
SAP is seeking a proactive, analytical individual with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales. The ideal candidate is passionate about:
- Working with numbers
- Building insights from data
- Supporting decision-making through high-quality reporting and dashboards
- Collaborating with sales teams
The role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to enterprise-level sales & project governance, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration within a global technology environment.
As the role progresses, you’ll apply your analytics skills to support:
- Project planning
- Forecasting
- Performance tracking across business initiatives
Key Responsibilities
- Support PMO activities through data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI-tracking tools
- Assist in preparing management reports, presentations, and executive summaries
- Support project governance, ensuring data quality and consistency across initiatives
- Contribute to internal communications with data-driven insights and visualisations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support planning, forecasting, and reporting cycles
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities based on projects and business data

Requirements
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (beneficial but not required)
- 1–2 years of working experience in internships or early professional roles, preferably in analytics, PMO, or data-related areas
- Strong hands-on mentality with an interest in project management and operational excellence
- Proactive approach to making process improvements for the UKI Management System
- Exceptional Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation); proficiency in **Power BI or similar tools (a plus)
- Comfortable working with data, numbers, and structured reporting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure high data quality standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—ability to translate data into clear, actionable messages
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured way
- Strong team player with a proactive, curious mindset
- Fluent in English

- Newly graduated or holding 1–2 years of relevant work experience
