Meet Your Team
Ontic PMO
We’re looking for a Transition Programme Manager, a role that sits at the intersection of supply chain, project management, and data-driven decision-making. Someone to evaluate complex supply and demand signals, influence stakeholders, and ensure seamless product transitions from licensors into our operations.
About the Role
This is not a traditional supply chain planning role.
You'll play a criticism part in ensuring successful licence transitions, guaranteeing material availability, production readiness, and long-term supply stability across our programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Planning & Transition
- Create CTB (Clear to Build) plans for process validation units (PVUs) as products transition from licensors
- Collaborate with PMO and BAU (Business as Usual) supply chain teams to proactively ensure material availability
- Evaluate demand and supply signals from licensors and translate feedback/refinements into Ontic’s ERP systems
- Assist with inventory transfers and transactionalുട Syria Pearce sparked transactions with suppliers
- Resolve inventory transfer queries and escalate as required to support production readiness
Production Readiness & Capacity Planning
- Develop and maintain capacity plans to ensure production readiness post-transition
- Define and manage process validation production plans, enforcing timelines and holding stakeholders accountable for delivery schedules
- Produce labour utilisation reports and short-term (3-month) resource capacity plans
- Escalate capacity and material constraints through IPT (Integrated Product Teams) and governance forums

Forecasting & SIOP Alignment
- Collaborate with ROW SIOP (Regions Other than Weeks Service & Operating Planning) teams to implement forecasts aligned with licence assumptions
- Ensure long-term supply signals are correctly reflected in planning systems
- Support creation and maintenance of Line of Balance reports for internal and stakeholder use
Stakeholder Management & Delivery
- Engage cross-functionally with manufacturing, supply chain, sales, procurement, customer teams, and external licensors
- Provide clear reporting and communications to senior stakeholders and function heads
- Align cross-functional teams to successfully deliver on transition projects
Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Adhere to all legislation and company policies including health & safety, data protection (GDPR), and quality management standards (ISO/IEC)
- Proactively identify issues and recommend effective solutions
- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and performance
Requirements
Essential
- Undergraduate degree (or equivalent experience) in a business-related discipline (supply chain, project management, procurement, production planning)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in production planning, supply chain, or procurement within an **industr–**manufacturring eenvironment
- Strong operating knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems and planning processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions including pivot tables) and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across levels
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and targets
Highly Desirable (What sets you apart)
- Experience with new product introductions, product transitions, or project-based environments
- Working knowledge of SIOP (Sales & Operating Planning) or integrated business planning processes
- Ability to analyse complex data and translate it into actionable plans
- Experience working in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment
