PMO/Project Manager - Locally Founded AI & Digital Transformation Consultancy
Join this AI and digital transformation consultancy, focused on delivering technology delivery and AI adoption for both local public and private sector organisations. This is a hands-on delivery role which requires someone who is capable of running formal project management disciplines and also getting stuck into the detail of business analysis. You will get the opportunity to lead and support project and PMO services, while directly gathering requirements, mapping processes and producing the analysis that keeps delivery moving.
Why This Role?
Join a rapidly growing locally founded consultancy as they continue in becoming a force in the AI consultancy and digital transformation space here in Northern Ireland. This role carries genuine scope to shape delivery practice and progress quickly, rather than operating within a fixed hierarchy. You will also get direct exposure to AI adoption and digital transformation work and further expand your technical capabilities while working in a fast paced, collaborative environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
