Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for entertainment and a desire to travel the world? P&O Cruises is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Entertainment Manager to elevate our onboard entertainment program and deliver unforgettable experiences to our guests.
What You'll Do
- Prepare to dazzle and delight as you manage and execute an unforgettable onboard entertainment programme!
- From hosting energetic Sail Away parties to orchestrating thrilling corporate-sponsored soirees, every event will be a spectacle to remember.
- You'll be the mastermind behind the scenes, overseeing the planning and resource management of our fabulous entertainment line-up, ensuring every detail is perfectly communicated to our excited guests.
- Step into the spotlight as the leader of a talented team, conducting appraisals, discovering hidden potentials, and inspiring your team to new heights of excellence.
- Collaborate with the Youth Manager to create magical, family-friendly adventures, while ensuring the utmost compliance with safeguarding policies.
- Join forces with the Production Manager and Musical Director to produce show-stopping rehearsals and performances that will leave audiences spellbound.
- Forge dazzling partnerships with cabaret acts, production cast, and guest entertainers, ensuring every entertainment need is met with flair and finesse
