About Us
HENI is an ArtTech company working at the intersection of contemporary art, publishing, education, and digital platforms. We work with leading artists and estates across printmaking, marketplaces for physical artworks, NFTs, publishing, digital, video production, art research, and analysis. HENI is at the cutting edge of art and tech using the latest and best technologies to make art accessible to audiences worldwide.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced editor for podcasts to join our busy and growing studio. You'll take our long-form, art-and-history conversations from raw studio files to polished, published episodes and shareable social content – shaping both how they look and how they sound.
Video & Podcast Editing:
- Intuitive Visual Pacing: Lead the multi-camera video editing of our studio sessions using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. You will master the pacing of long-form, intellectual conversations, knowing exactly when to cut between angles to maintain a natural and engaging flow.
- Visual Asset Integration & Clearance: Seamlessly integrate high-resolution artwork visuals and b-roll. You will instinctively identify when an image is required to support the dialogue, source the correct asset, and manage the necessary copyright clearances.
- Full-Cycle Production: Understand and execute the full production cycle of a podcast, coordinating effectively from initial scheduling and recording through to final delivery.
- Social Optimisation: Cut and package high-impact, captioned short-form clips (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) to drive audience discovery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
