About the Role
Our Each One Teach One Mentoring Platform seeks a novelty Podcast Host & Media Lead to launch an interview-led podcast. Our vision? To equip churches for community mentoring that transforms young lives. We need a passionate media leader who can:
- Host redemptive conversations with changemakers
- Manage media across recording to social distribution
- Amplify mentorship stories with creative storytelling
Your Impact
Mentoring alters lives, but scalability relies on powerful storytelling. You won't create content—you’ll build the gateway connecting hopeful youth with life-saving mentorship. Your work will:
- Drive mentor/sign-ups and youth registrations
- Educate, inspire, and empower a global audience

Requirements
Essential
- Interviewing/Hosting: Proven expertise producing podcasts, video series, or panel discussions.
- Platform Skills:
- YouTube optimization, content distribution, or channel management
- Remote recordings (Riverside.fm-style platforms)
- Media Creation:
- End-to-end production (basic editing, repurposing for social media)
- Handling social campaigns or digital pipelines
Desirable
- Community Focus: Experience volunteering within faith-based, charity, or educational orgs.
- Empathy: Background in care, coaching, or education that enriches interviews.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and flexibly.

Key Responsibilities
- Host Nuturing conversations with diverse voices (mentors, change-makers).
- Content Pipeline:
- Edit interviews into viral clips/audiograms/quote graphics
- Lead repurposing into social formats
- Promotion:
- Craft social strategies to publicize opportunities and events
- Strategy Collaboration:
- Partner with leadership to innovate storytelling approaches for religious and secular audiences
