About the Role
This role is ideal for a creative and organized podcast producer passionate about mental health and identity topics. You will support the launch and ongoing production of a new U.S.-based podcast, handling all technical and promotional aspects so the host can focus on interviews. The podcast aims to deliver thoughtful conversations around intentional living, identity, and well-being, with a monthly release schedule. You will be responsible for editing episodes, adding music, and ensuring content reaches the right audience through social media and streaming platforms.
Deliverables
- Edit recorded podcast episodes, ensuring high audio quality and smooth transitions.
- Add intro and outro music to each episode.
- Distribute episode clips on Instagram and LinkedIn accounts dedicated to the podcast.
- Publish full episodes on Spotify and manage uploads via Riverside.fm or a preferred platform.
- Coordinate with the host to ensure timely delivery and publication of each monthly episode.
- Maintain an organized workflow for up to 5 hours of production and promotion per episode.

Requirements
- Proven experience in podcast production, including editing and audio enhancement.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Riverside.fm, Spotify, and major social media channels.
- Ability to create engaging social media clips from long-form audio content.
- Strong organizational skills and responsiveness to meet monthly deadlines.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of mental health and identity topics.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Availability to start in August or September and commit to ongoing monthly production.
