Role Description

The Podcaster will host and produce conversation-driven audio content that aligns with SoloHunna’s artistic voice and message. This full-time hybrid role is based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with a mix of in-studio sessions and work from home for planning, research, and post-production coordination.   • Researching topics and guests
  • Conducting interviews

The Podcaster will collaborate with SoloHunna and the creative team to refine episode structure, ensure clear storytelling, and maintain consistent release schedules. Additional tasks may include:

  • Drafting show notes
  • Supporting social media promotion
  • Contributing to ideas that grow audience engagement and brand visibility

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Interviewing skills for hosting conversations and engaging guests.
  • Solid Writing and Research skills for developing episode outlines, questions, and show notes.
  • Social Media skills for supporting promotion, audience interaction, and content visibility.
  • Experience in podcasting, radio, or audio content creation, including basic familiarity with recording and editing workflows, is beneficial.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, manage time effectively, and meet production deadlines in a hybrid work setting.
  • Knowledge of UK music and culture, and an interest in stories of transformation and personal growth, is an advantage.
