Position Overview

Our client is seeking a qualified Podiatrist to join its growing healthcare and specialist footwear operation in Kuwait. This is a combined clinical and customer advisory position. The successful candidate will provide professional foot care services while also supporting customers with suitable footwear, insoles, accessories, and pressure relief solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • The candidate must be currently located in Europe/UK or have experience working there.
  • Conduct comprehensive podiatric assessments and foot examinations
  • Assess and treat a range of foot and lower limb conditions within the permitted professional scope
  • Provide personalised friction and pressure relief solutions
  • Manufacture and fit custom orthoses, toe spacers, and other podiatric devices
  • Perform nail correction brace therapy, including Orthonyxia
  • Apply nail prosthetics where clinically appropriate
  • Provide mobilisation therapy and conservative podiatric treatments
  • Educate patients on foot health, preventive care, and treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
  • Work closely with orthopedic shoemakers and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain high clinical, professional, hygiene, and customer service standards
  • Support customers on the retail floor and recommend appropriate footwear, insoles, accessories, and foot care products
  • Contribute to product sales through professional consultation and customer education

Candidate Requirements

  • State-recognised qualification as a Podiatrist, Podologe, Podologin, or an equivalent internationally recognised qualification
  • European podiatry qualification or comparable professional training is strongly preferred
  • Previous professional experience in podiatry or medical foot care
  • Experience producing or fitting orthoses and pressure relief devices
  • Knowledge of Orthonyxia, nail prosthetics, and conservative podiatric treatments
  • Good English communication skills
  • Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused approach
  • Comfortable working within a combined clinical and retail environment
  • Leadership or team supervision experience would be an advantage
  • Willingness to relocate to Kuwait
