Barnes, South-West London, 22.5 hours per week across three days, On-site role
White Hart Clinic is looking for an experienced and motivated Part-Time Podiatrist to join our friendly, professional multidisciplinary team.
Our established clinic brings together physiotherapists, osteopaths, massage therapists, acupuncturists, podiatrists and psychologists, all working under one roof to provide integrated, patient-centred care.
The role will involve assessing, diagnosing and treating a broad range of foot and lower-limb conditions. Most patients require routine podiatry care, including nail and skin treatments, although the caseload may also include biomechanical assessments, gait analysis, orthotic management and diabetic foot care.
What we offer
- £45,000–£50,000 full-time equivalent salary, pro rata, or a 40% commission structure
- Expected earnings of approximately £55.14–£70.40 per clinical hour, depending on activity

- A busy caseload, with the previous podiatrist seeing approximately 10–14 patients per day

Key responsibilities
- Conducting patient consultations and clinical assessments
- Providing routine podiatry care, including nail and skin management
- Assessing and managing foot and lower-limb conditions
- Carrying out biomechanical assessments and gait analysis where appropriate
- Prescribing, fitting and reviewing orthotic devices
- Providing diabetic foot screening, monitoring and prevention advice
- Educating patients on foot health and self-management
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records
- Collaborating with clinicians across the multidisciplinary team
- Supporting high standards of evidence-based practice, infection control and clinical governance

Essential requirements
- Current HCPC registration as a Podiatrist
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recognised qualification in Podiatry
- Strong clinical skills across routine podiatry and lower-limb conditions
- Competence in nail and skin management
- Knowledge of diabetic foot care and screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team
- Commitment to professional development and evidence-based practice
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Desirable
- Membership of the Royal College of Podiatry
- Experience in biomechanics, gait analysis and orthotic prescription
- Previous private practice or multidisciplinary clinic experience
- Training in Swift verruca treatment
- Registration with major insurers, including Bupa, Aviva and Vitality
