Supporting Foot Health in Primary Care

Are you passionate about helping people maintain mobility, independence, and quality of life through proactive foot health management?

We are looking for a dedicated Podiatrist to join our growing primary care podiatry services. Working within Primary Care Networks (PCNs), you will provide high-quality foot health assessment and treatment, supporting patients with routine podiatry needs, preventative interventions, and early identification of foot-related complications.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading NHS clinical service providers and play a key role in delivering accessible, patient-centred podiatry services within primary care.

Introducing Promni Health

Promni Health is a fully managed clinical service provider working exclusively with the NHS to deliver high-quality diverse clinical service solutions aligned to local needs; delivering across primary care, community, and neighbourhood health systems.

Our services are recognised as best-in-class for our industry, recently winning the ‘Best in Primary Care & Diagnostics’ LaingBuisson Awards in 2023 and 2025 awards. HSJ Independent Healthcare Provider Finalists in 2025 and 2026; including our ‘Outstanding Contribution to Preventative Care’. Healthinvestor award finalists 2026.

We directly employ nearly 400 talented clinicians (First Contact Practitioners, Enhanced Practice Nurses, Podiatrists, Occupational Therapists & Advanced Practitioners) serving 1000+ GP practices and a patient population of over 9 million. We conduct over 1 million patient consultation appointments per year.

Role Profile

The Podiatrist will provide routine podiatry treatment, preventative foot health interventions, and follow-up care within Primary Care Networks and GP practices. Patients will typically be referred into the service following triage, assessment, or referral from the First Contact Podiatrist, GP, or other appropriate healthcare professional.

The role focuses on routine podiatry interventions, preventative foot health care, diabetic foot screening, nail surgery services, patient education, and the identification of patients requiring escalation to specialist services.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
