The Hippodrome Casino is home to London’s leading poker floor and it’s one of the most exciting areas of the casino, hosting a range of cash games and tournaments in a dynamic, fast-paced environment including our live stream studio.
We’re offering an incredible opportunity to join our Poker Dealer Training School and launch your career in the heart of London’s gaming scene. As a Trainee Poker Dealer, you’ll receive full training from our expert team, learning how to run games professionally, manage chips and pots, and deliver an outstanding guest experience.
We’ll be inviting candidates to our recruitment days which will be held on 1st and 2nd June at the Hippodrome Casino. You'll meet the team, attend your interview and you’ll be given a simple test to gauge your maths skill level. You'll also have the opportunity to learn about our historical venue and what we have to offer you.

The training school is scheduled to begin Monday 15th June 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn to deal poker games with accuracy and confidence. Understand and apply the house rules, hand rankings, and game procedures. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming table environment. Ensure game integrity and compliance with casino regulations. Work closely with supervisors snd management to develop your skills.
What We’re Looking For:
No previous dealing experience required—just a passion for poker and a willingness to learn. Strong numeracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Calm, professional attitude under pressure. Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends. You need to be over 18 years of age.
