Police Enquiry Officer Operations Manager

Salary: £44,700 rising to £49,716 per annum + Excellent Benefits including Government Pension

Location: Hybrid Working/Barnstaple, Bodmin, Camborne, Newquay, Plymouth, Charles Cross, Plymouth, Crownhill, Police Headquarters, Exeter, St Austell, Torquay.

Closing Date: 17/07/2026, Midday

Hours per week: This role is 37 hours per week. However, we welcome applications from individuals wishing to work on a part-time basis and we are willing to consider flexible working patterns subject to business need.

Job Advert Description

Location: The successful candidate can be based at any of the locations mentioned in the advert.

The PEO Operations Manager role requires flexibility in managing dynamic incidents and demand across all 24 PEO Stations within Devon and Cornwall. Supporting colleagues from Penzance to Ilfracombe in day-to-day activity, driving standards and performance. The post holder is expected to demonstrate visible, innovative leadership, working in partnership with other areas of the business across the organisation.
